I began my career in real property appraisal as a mass appraiser for real property with Sedgwick County analyzing, gathering data, and valuing commercial real property. During my time in Sedgwick County, I became a registered mass appraiser (RMA) in the state of Kansas. Throughout my career, I have worked in several counties in Kansas and in Texas. While in Texas, I also acquired the Kansas equivalent of the RMA, the registered professional appraiser (RPA). In 2016, I transitioned to representing property owners and began working for a small firm in Wichita. My excellent knowledge of property valuation gained during my time working for several counties proved to be invaluable. My effective negotiation skills, dedication, and passion have helped save property owners millions of dollars in property taxes.
